This course provides empirical studies of economic systems in a point of comparative view. After Lehman Shock, the government roles in economic development become more and more important to Economic Policy. In order to make adequate strategies and policies, we must know the economic structures not only at national level but also at international level. Recently International Input-Output Analysis draws attention as a useful tool for analyzing these structures. This class will provide the basics of Input-Output Analysis and its Applied Techniques such as Environmental problems, Global Value chains, and Value Added Tax. We also discuss about Asian Economic Integration based on the International Input-Output analysis.
