This course offers students an opportunity to delve into advanced theories in comparative management, international management, and international human resource management through the examination of real-world case studies and the latest research findings.
All lectures will be taught in English. By the end of the course, students will have acquired a deep knowledge of comparative and international management theories and the ability to apply these theories in practical settings.

Students will be required to complete a pre-reading assignment before the third lecture. This will involve reviewing assigned reading materials and completing related assignments, which will be announced during the first lecture. Lecture notes and additional materials will be posted on the YNU learning support system, giving students the opportunity to pre-review or review course content at their own pace.

The grading criteria for this course differ between the first and second halves, with the final evaluation calculated based on the combined results of both.
