FIRST, students must submit by Tuesday midnight one presentation slide (as a PDF file) about that week’s assigned text. The slide should show that the student carefully read the text and deeply engaged with its content. What specifically to put in the slide in and the slide’s style is completely up to the student; however, generally speaking, the instructor prefers questions over summaries. Also, font size should be kept above 12pt. NEXT, before Friday’s class, students must also download and review the presentation that the instructor will upload to the YNU Learning Management System by Wednesday midnight. FINALLY, students must formulate one written question to submit at the beginning of Friday’s online class. In class, the instructor will answer these questions and facilitate discussion (30 minutes).
