授業の目的  
This course provides students with an overview of corporate strategic initiatives and social issues in Japan. Topics covered include (1) Emerging trends in Human Resource Management (HRM), (2) Natural Capital Management, and (3) Contemporary business practices, such as Social Entrepreneurship, Creating Shared Value (CSV), and ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) efforts.
