The PDF files for the next class will be distributed through LMS(Learning Management System about 7 days before. Students should read this file in advance.
Also, Students are expected to read chapters of the readings related to the theme of next class.

The primary course objective is to provide students with basic knowledge of corporate finance and skills in order to be able to apply that knowledge to actual issues in corporate finance.
|
|
|
|
Students are expected to understand the basic concepts such as cost of capital, net present value, capital structure, and payout policy.
|

Grades will be determined by a final essay(10%) and results of examinations at LMS(Learning Management System) after each class(80%). Contribution to each class is also considered(10%)

・This course will has a style of online class using a software Zoom. ID and further information about the meeting room of Zoom will be announced at LMS(Learning Management System).
・For each class, the files of lecture note are uploaded about 7 days before at LMS. The students should download and read them. Time for reading this has a range from 30 minutes to 120 minutes depending on the ability of students. After each class, students submit the answers to few questions at LMS.
Each class assumes that students have finished reading files. In online class, we discuss on the practical issues of corporate finance as well as contents of files.
・Examination is held after each class at LMS. Grading is relevant to this small examination in every week.
